This morning, while my barista pulls this beauty, I rustled up an ensemble of leftovers for the right reason - my barista’s breakfast. Yesterday’s corned beef and rice became today’s corned beef fried rice. He loved it and I love my coffee. Tit-for-tat. Ha! I paid for my coffee right.
